Satisfaction Guarantee

If your passport photo is rejected by a government agency, we'll work with you to fix it or provide a full refund on print orders.

Free Digital Downloads

Digital downloads from PassSnap are completely free. Since there is no charge, no refund is necessary. You can create unlimited passport photos at no cost.

Printed Photo Orders

For printed passport photo orders, we offer the following refund options:

Photo Rejection Refund

If your passport photo is rejected by a government agency (U.S. State Department, USCIS, etc.), we will:

  1. First, work with you to create a new photo that meets requirements at no additional cost
  2. If we cannot resolve the issue, provide a full refund of your order

To claim: Email us at support@passsnap.com with your order number and a copy of the rejection notice from the government agency.

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your original purchase date. Claims submitted after 90 days cannot be processed.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will either:

  • Send a replacement order at no cost, or
  • Provide a full refund at your request

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed, as photos are immediately sent to our print partner for production. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@passsnap.com — we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered production.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

support@passsnap.com

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for the order
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documentation (rejection letter, photos of damaged package, etc.)

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
